Productbeschrijving
- Conische dubbelschroefsextruder: Smelt en mengt kunststofmateriaal met een speciaal schroef- en cilinderontwerp voor perfecte menging en homogeniteit. Voorzien van een aandrijfmotor voor minimaal elektriciteitsverbruik, met optionele PLC en touch panel automatiseringssystemen.
- Mal: Ontworpen om de ideale viscositeit voor smeltmateriaal te bieden, waardoor kunststof na verwerking wordt gevormd. Alle contactoppervlakken zijn gepolijst om wrijvingsverliezen te minimaliseren.
- Kalibratietafel: Onderwerpt gevormde profielen uit de mal aan kalibratie en koeling. Het ontwerp varieert per profieltype en kenmerken, met roestvrijstalen watercontactgebieden om corrosie te voorkomen.
- Crawler Track Haul-off: Het ontwerp past zich aan het contactgebied van de profielmeting aan. Standaard inverterbesturing maakt snelheidsaanpassing mogelijk op basis van de materiaalproductiesnelheid, met meetaanpassingsmogelijkheid.
- Zaagmachine: Hoog efficiënt zagen met synchrone zaagtafel en klembeweging. Geïntegreerde stofafzuiging verwijdert effectief spanen en stof uit de productieruimte.
