Productbeschrijving
De belmachine is geïntegreerd met de productie van pijplextrusie om stopcontacten voor buizen in "U", "R" en rechthoekige configuraties te produceren.Het belproces vindt plaats in een gespecialiseerde belkamer., waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van vacuümvorming in de kern van de belvorm en externe waterkoeling van de buis om precieze stopcontact afmetingen te bereiken.
Het productieproces begint met de voorbereiding van de grondstof. Klanten kunnen PVC-poeder mengen met verschillende additieven volgens hun specificaties. Dit mengsel wordt vervolgens in de extruder gevoerd,waar het plastificatie ondergaat voordat het in de mal wordt geëxtrudeerd.
In de vorm krijgt het materiaal vorm en ontstaat het met de kenmerkende buisvorm.met een vermogen van meer dan 50 W,Na deze eerste vormgeving gaat de buis naar de koeltank voor verdere temperatuursverlaging.
Een aan de koeltank aangrenzende afhaalinstallatie trekt de buis voortdurend van de extruder af. Ten slotte wordt de buis tot bepaalde lengtes gesneden en voorbereid op verpakking en transport.
