Productbeschrijving
Meerlaagse buizen worden geproduceerd door middel van een co-extrusiebuisleiding. De productielijn is een soort speciaal proces dat de kosten van grondstoffen kan besparen en een reeks buizen met functionele kenmerken kan produceren.
Om bijvoorbeeld de kosten van grondstoffen te besparen, kunnen we gerecycled materiaal gebruiken als middelste laag om dikwandige PE-buizen te produceren. Voor warmwatertoevoerbuizen kan de productielijn niet alleen een PP-R-laag hebben, maar ook andere structurele lagen toevoegen, waaronder glasvezel, wat de buis uitstekende toepassingskenmerken geeft.
PE-buizen extrusielijnen worden gebruikt voor watertoevoer, gas, irrigatie, drainage, kabelgoten en industriële buizen. Ze verwerken PE100/PE80-materialen met diameters van 16-1200 mm, bieden chemische bestendigheid, hoge sterkte en consistente kwaliteit, voldoen aan ISO- en ASTM-normen, geschikt voor diverse infrastructuur- en industriële toepassingen.
