Kenmerken van Pijpleiding Productielijn
1) Onafhankelijk ontwikkelde hoog-efficiënte PPR Extruder en Glasvezel Extruder worden toegepast, speciaal in de Glasvezel Extruder die speciaal is ontworpen volgens de kenmerken van glasvezel, met voordelen van hoge slijtvastheid en corrosiebestendigheid, wat de stabiele extrusie effectief garandeert.
2) De instelbare co-extrusie spuitkop, ons octrooi product, kan meerlaags gelijkmatig en snel samengesteld worden en de optimale dikte van elke laag snel verkrijgen zonder de rotatiesnelheid van de extruder aan te passen. Zo kan het ontwerp de afhankelijkheid van de vaardigheid van de operator tijdens het productieproces verminderen.
3) Het gecombineerde snijsysteem kan het snelle en stofvrije snijden van buizen met verschillende diameters garanderen tijdens de productie op hoge snelheid. De controle technologie, die zelf is ontwikkeld volgens de kenmerken van buissnijden, zorgt voor een hogere nauwkeurigheid van het snijden tijdens de productie op hoge snelheid en elimineert de problemen van het niet synchroon lopen van de bedrukking met het snijden, ongelijke buislengtes, etc.
4) Het kan worden geüpgraded door machineconfiguratie renovatie om hoog-snelheid drie-laags of enkel-laags HDPE buis te produceren.
