DETAILS VAN EXTRUSIELIJN
In de landen van het Midden-Westen is de LED-verlichtingsmarkt enorm en is er een enorme vraag. Voor de LED-verlichting worden de afdekking en het bodemprofiel gemaakt van PC-materiaal. De tweekleurige PC LED-buis vereist co-extrusietechnieken. Voor deze lijn is deze uitgerust met één 65/28 22kw extruder en een andere 50/28 11kw extruder. De co-extrusie zorgt voor het profiel met twee kleuren. We gebruiken een kalibratietafel van 2500 mm lang en 600 mm breed. Voor de afname machine, het is een twee-riem afname methode. Het zorgt ervoor dat de afdekking en de bodem van de LED-lichtbuis elkaar goed fixeren. Aan het einde hebben we een snij-unit en een stapelaar voor het neerleggen van het afgewerkte PC-profiel.PRODUCTBESCHRIJVING:
