De PVC profiel productielijn wordt veel gebruikt voor het produceren van verschillende PVC profielen, zoals PVC raam- en deurprofielen, PVC plafondpanelen, PVC kabelgoten. Met tekeningen van de PVC profielen worden op maat gemaakte oplossingen en matrijzen gemaakt.
Verwerkingsproces
Het procesverloop van deze lijn is PVC poeder + additief - mengen - materiaal toevoer - dubbelschroefsextruder - matrijs en kalibrator - vacuümvormtafel - afvoermachine - snijmachine - afvoerrek.
Deze PVC profiel extrusielijn maakt gebruik van een conische dubbelschroefsextruder, die geschikt is voor zowel PVC poeder als PVC granulaat. Het heeft een ontgassingssysteem om een uitstekende plasticisatie van het materiaal te garanderen. De hogesnelheidsmatrijs is beschikbaar en kan de productiviteit aanzienlijk verhogen.
Toepassing
Geschikt voor supermarkten, gemakswinkels, winkelketens, groothandelsmarkten voor het plaatsen van labels voor fruit en voedsel. De producten hebben vele variëteiten, heldere transparantie, zijn niet gemakkelijk te breken, duurzaam en hebben andere kenmerken.
