SHREDDER ENKELE AS VOOR HET VERWERKEN VAN SMELTKLOMPEN:
Voordat de HDPE-pijpextrusielijn soepel draait om pijpen te extruderen, moeten de arbeiders de machine starten en alle details tijdens het hele proces aanpassen. In dit proces worden veel verspilde PE-smeltklompen geproduceerd. Het zijn grote blokken en hard genoeg. Daarom kunnen ze niet worden verwerkt met een crusher, maar alleen met een shredder. Onze shredder met enkele as heeft een hoge rotatiesnelheid en gevormde messen. Arbeiders plaatsen de verspilde smeltklompen via de opening en de deeltjes vallen uit de uitlaat.
TWEE SOORTEN SHREDDER ENKELE AS
Er zijn twee soorten shredders met enkele as. Eén is de shredder met glijdende opening. Een andere is de shredder met bovenste opening. Elk van hen heeft dezelfde motor en interne structuur.
Plastic shredders met enkele as worden gebruikt voor het voorvermalen van materialen zoals zakken, jumbo bags, banden, kabels en garen die moeilijk te vermalen zijn in een granulator. Voorvermalen materialen verhogen de capaciteit en levensduur van de granulator en de messen.
Materiaal dat met behulp van roterende en vaste messen is voorgemalen, kan door een granulator tot de gewenste grootte worden vermalen.
Automatische stop, achteruit draaien en alarmfuncties in geval van mogelijke materiaalverstopping, ontsnapping van metaal en overbelasting.
TOEPASSINGEN:

- Vorm van materialen: geweven zak, bedrukte folies, landbouwfolie, raffia en harde afvalstukken.
PRODUCTIECAPACITEIT:
- De productiecapaciteit kan 300 kg/uur, 500 kg/uur, 1000 kg/uur zijn.
- OPMERKING: Afhankelijk van de vorm van het materiaal worden sommige eenheden die bij de complete lijn betrokken zijn, gewijzigd en beschikbaar.
