Plastic Hoge Snelheid Verwarmingskoeling WPC PVC Poeder Hars Turbo Menger Machine voor PVC pijp, raam-deur profielen, plafondpanelen, kabelgoting, marmeren platen.
Geschikt voor kunststoffen, rubber, chemische en voedingsmiddelenindustrie, voor het mengen, kleuren en drogen van poeder of granulaat. Typische toepassingen zijn: productie van PVC droge mix, vulling en modificatie van kunststoffen, voormengen van compoundeerprocessen en voormengen van hout-kunststofcomposieten.
Kenmerken
Alle belangrijke onderdelen (kom, menggereedschap, besturing) worden in ons bedrijf vervaardigd, wat de kwaliteit van de machine garandeert.
Alle materialen die in contact komen met het product zijn SUS304 of aluminiumlegering en het product wordt niet verontreinigd.

Productdetails:
1) Het mes is gemaakt van roestvrij staal, gevormd door dynamische en statische balansverfijning.
2) Dop is dubbel afdichtend, start door pneumatisch, eenvoudige bediening.
3) Cilinder is gemaakt van roestvrij staal, wanddikte tot 8 mm.
4) Ontlading gebeurt in temperatuur automatische controle of tijdcontrole.
5) De motorstart en snelheidsregeling worden bestuurd door de ABB-omvormer, om de overmatige stroom te voorkomen die wordt veroorzaakt door de start van een motor met hoog vermogen om de impact op het elektriciteitsnet te voorkomen, om zo het elektriciteitsnet te beschermen en een soepele snelheidsregeling te bereiken.
6) Met een direct & stabiel besturingstype en een analoog beeldscherm, kan het personeel de ingestelde werkzaamheden voor de verschillende mengmaterialen binnen enkele seconden voltooien, waardoor de volledige automatisering van de productieprocedure wordt gerealiseerd, wat de arbeidsintensiteit en de productiekosten aanzienlijk vermindert.
7) Direct & stabiel besturingstype van de productielijn beëindigt de ongeschikte ontlading waarbij de temperatuur te hoog of te laag is, om zo de goede productkwaliteit te waarborgen en de productieflexibiliteit, veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid te verbeteren.
