Korte desiptie
PVC Plastic pijpmachine wordt hoofdzakelijk gebruikt in de productie van landbouw watervoorziening & waterontlading systeem, architecturale watervoorziening & ontlading systeem, draad leggen systeem, enz.doeleindenDe eenheid bestaat uit een conische (parallell) dubbel schroef extruder-PVC-pijpvorm-Vacuumvormende tank-Haul-off machine-Snijmachine-Stacker/Belling machine.En de lijn kan worden uitgerust met Comptroller verdikkingsinstrument of computer ink-jet printer, enz. om de productie en vervaardiging van hoogwaardige buizen te bereiken.
Technische kenmerken en voordelen
1. Barrière schroef, waarmee het materiaal goed plastisch kan worden bij lage temperatuur maar een hoog extrusietoestand heeft.
2. vat met voedingsgroef, materiaal is 38CrMoAl en stikstof behandeld, oppervlakhardheid is HRC 65-68, die kan hebben een lange levensduur.
3. Millipore-vorm met een geschikte interne compressieverhouding die kan garanderen dat hoogwaardige PPR-PE-buizen worden geproduceerd.
4. Hoog automatisch niveau. De productielijn wordt gecontroleerd door PLC ((touchscreen). Alle onderdelen, zoals extruder, trek-af-eenheid, cutter etc. kunnen synchroon worden bestuurd door touchscreen.
