Productgegevens
1Voorbereiding van grondstoffen
- PVC-verbinding (hars + additieven) wordt in een hogesnelheidsmixer gemengd om homogeniteit te waarborgen.
- Het mengsel wordt afgekoeld en in de extrusiehoop gevoerd.
2. Extrusieproces
- Eenvoudige/dubbele schroef extruder smelt en comprimeert het PVC-mengsel bij gecontroleerde temperaturen (160°C~200°C).
- Het gesmolten PVC wordt door een matrijskop gedwongen en in een buis gevormd.
3. Afmeting en kalibratie
- De hete buis gaat door een vacuümkalibrator om een precieze diameter en wanddikte te bereiken.
- Koeltanks (spray of waterbad) stellen de pijp stevig.
4. Trekken en snijden
- Een afhaal-eenheid trekt de pijp met een gesynchroniseerde snelheid.
- Met een automatische snijmachine** worden de buizen op de gewenste lengtes (bijv. 4 m of 6 m) afgeknipt.
5. Stapelen en verpakken
- De leidingen worden gestapeld door een transportersysteem of een robotarm.
- Gepakt en gemarkeerd voor verzending.
- Precisiecontrole: geavanceerd PLC-systeem voor temperatuur, snelheid en dikte reglementatie.
