Productdetails
1. Grondstofvoorbereiding
- PVC-compound (hars + additieven) wordt gemengd in een snelle mixer om homogeniteit te garanderen.
- Het mengsel wordt gekoeld en in de extrusietrechter gevoerd.
2. Extrusieproces
- Enkele/Dubbele Schroef Extruder smelt en comprimeert de PVC-mix bij gecontroleerde temperaturen (160°C–200°C).
- De gesmolten PVC wordt door een matrijskop geperst, waardoor het in een pijp wordt gevormd.
3. Dimensionering & Kalibratie
- De hete pijp gaat door een vacuümkalibrator om een precieze diameter en wanddikte te bereiken.
- Koeltanks (sproeier of waterbad) stollen de pijp.
4. Trekken & Snijden
- Een afvoereenheid trekt de pijp met een gesynchroniseerde snelheid.
- Een automatische snijder snijdt pijpen op de vereiste lengtes (bijv. 4m of 6m).
5. Stapelen & Verpakken
- Pijpen worden gestapeld door een transportsysteem of robotarm.
- Gebundeld en gelabeld voor verzending.
- Precisiecontrole – Geavanceerd PLC-systeem voor temperatuur-, snelheids- en dikteregeling.
- Duurzame Constructie – Corrosiebestendige materialen voor een lange levensduur.
- Energiebesparing – Geoptimaliseerd motor- en verwarmingssysteem om het stroomverbruik te verminderen.
