Korte beschrijving
Plastic PVC pijp maken machine wordt gebruikt om PVC pijp te produceren met een diameter van 16 up tot 800 mm, welke is gebruikt voor elektrische buizen, gebouwafvoer, rioolbuizen, watervoorziening pijp, putbekledingspijp, landbouw irrigatiepijp enzovoort.Het's voornamelijk samengesteld uit conische dubbelschroefextruder, matrijs, vacuümkalibratietank, afvoermachine, snijmachine, stapelaar, belmachine.Door het veranderen van de dorn of matrijslip kan het verschillende diameters of wanddiktes produceren op dezelfde machine.

Product detail
1. Grondstof mengen en voeden
PVC-hars, stabilisatoren, weekmakers en andere additieven worden nauwkeurig gewogen en gemengd in een automatische mixer.
- Het gemengde materiaal wordt in de trechter van de extruder gevoerd.
2. Extrusie en pijpvorming
- De dubbelschroefextruder verwarmt en smelt het PVC-mengsel en duwt het door een matrijskop om een continue pijpvorm te vormen.
- De pijpdiameter en wanddikte worden geregeld door de extrusiematrijs en de kalibratiemouw.
3. Vacuüm kalibratie en koeling
- De nieuw gevormde pijp gaat door een vacuümkalibratietank om precieze afmetingen te garanderen.
- Vervolgens komt het in een koelwatertank om de structuur te versterken en de vormstabiliteit te behouden.
4. Afvoeren en snijden
- Een afvoermachine trekt de pijp met een gecontroleerde snelheid om de consistentie te behouden. - Een automatische snijmachine snijdt de pijp in de gewenste lengtes (bijv. 4m, 6m). 5. Stapelen en verpakken
- De afgewerkte pijpen worden automatisch gestapeld en verpakt voor opslag of verzending.
