Korte beschrijving
PVC plastic Pijp Productielijn wordt voornamelijk gebruikt voor de productie van agrarische drainage, water aanvoer en afvoer, en het leggen van kabels, etc. doeleinden. De unit bestaat uit conische dubbele/ parallelle dubbele extruder, mal, vacuüm vormtank, multi-klauw afvoer machine, planetaire (spaanders) snijmachine, stapelaar en zo verder. En de lijn kan worden uitgerust met een Comptroller verdikkingsinstrument of computer inkjetprinter, etc. om de productie en fabricage van hoogwaardige buizen te bereiken.

Product detail
1. Grondstofvoorbereiding
PVC Hars Mengen: PVC poeder wordt gemengd met stabilisatoren, weekmakers en andere additieven in een menger.
Drogen (indien nodig): Het mengsel wordt gedroogd om vocht te verwijderen voor extrusie.
2. Extrusieproces
Voeden: De PVC-compound wordt in de twin-screw extruder gevoerd.
Smelten & Compressie: Het materiaal wordt verwarmd en samengeperst tot een gesmolten toestand.
Pijpvorming: De gesmolten PVC wordt door een matrijskop geduwd om een gladde pijp te vormen.
3. Golfvorming
Vacuüm of Hydraulische Vorming: De hete pijp gaat door een golfvorm, waar vacuüm of hydraulische druk het in een gegolfde structuur vormt voor verbeterde sterkte.
Koeling: Waterkoelsystemen stollen de pijp in zijn uiteindelijke vorm.
