Materiaalsvoorbereiding
PE harskorrels worden gedroogd (indien nodig) en in de hopper van de spuitgietmachine gevoerd.
Pijp Kalibratie & Maatvoering
Vacuüm Kalibratietank: De hete pijp komt in een vacuüm tank om de buitendiameter (OD) te verstevigen en de maatnauwkeurigheid te garanderen.
Trekken & Afvoer
Afvoer Unit: Gemotoriseerde rupsbanden trekken de pijp met een gecontroleerde snelheid, synchroon met de extrusie-output.
Snijden & Stapelen
Snijzaag: Een automatische snijder snijdt de pijp op gespecificeerde lengtes (bijv. 6m, 12m).
