TOEPASSING:
Onze PE Pijp Maakmachine is ontworpen om hoogwaardige polyethyleen pijpextrusie te leveren, geschikt voor een breed scala aan toepassingen, waaronder gemeentelijke watersystemen, agrarische drainage en ondergrondse gaspijpleidingen. PE Pijp Extrusielijn Processtroom
Materiaals voorbereiding
Harsbehandeling: PE (Polyethyleen) harskorrels worden gedroogd (indien nodig) en naar de extruderhopper getransporteerd.
Extrusie
Smelten & Plasticiseren: Hars wordt in de extrudercilinder gevoerd, waar een roterende schroef het materiaal smelt en homogeniseert
Pijp Kalibratie & Maatvoering
Vacuüm Kalibratie Tank: De hete pijp komt in een vacuüm tank om de buitendiameter (OD) te laten stollen en dimensionale nauwkeurigheid te garanderen.
Trekken & Afvoer
Afvoer Unit: Gemotoriseerde rupsbanden trekken de pijp met een gecontroleerde snelheid, gesynchroniseerd met de extrusie-output.
Snijden & Stapelen
Snijzaag: Een automatische snijder snijdt de pijp op gespecificeerde lengtes (bijv. 6m, 12m).
Kwaliteitscontrole
Wanddikte Monitoring: Ultrasone/laser sensoren controleren de uniformiteit.
