Productbeschrijving
- Conische dubbelschroefsextruder:Uitgerust met een geforceerd materiaaltoevoersysteem met een vaste hoeveelheid, automatisch temperatuurregelsysteem, vacuümuitlaatsysteem en automatisch snelheidsregelsysteem. Deze structuur zorgt voor een nauwkeurige temperatuurregeling, stabiliteit van de plastificering en een aanzienlijk verbeterde productiesnelheid. De belangrijkste motoropties zijn onder meer een directe omvormer of een frequentieomvormer.
- PVC-extruderende mallen:Gemaakt van hoogwaardig 40Cr-materiaal met gepolijste en verchroomde oppervlakken. Beschikt over een spiraalstructuur met meerdere koppen voor een lage smeltdruk. Behoudt een lage temperatuur, zelfs tijdens extrusie van grote hoeveelheden.
- Vacuümkalibrerende watertank:Lichaam gemaakt van roestvrij stalen plaat met hoge hardheid, hoge druk- en corrosiebestendigheid. Tweetrapsontwerp voor buizen met grote diameter. Elektrische watertemperatuurregeling. ABS-technische kunststof mondstukken. Driedimensionaal verstelbaar frame met cycloïde verloopaandrijving voor beweging van voren naar achteren en schroefverstelling voor positionering omhoog/omlaag en links/rechts.
- Waternevel koeltank:Roestvrijstalen behuizing met transparante, zachte PVC-gordijnkap. RVS vlotter voor waterniveauregeling en elektrische watertemperatuurregeling. ABS-technische kunststof mondstukken.
- Afstandsmachine:Frequentieomzettingsaanpak met kettingaangedreven tractieframes die gesynchroniseerde spoorbewegingen garanderen. Beschikt over pneumatische flexibiliteitsklemming.
- Snijmachine:Planetair snijsysteem voor grote diameters. Rotatie van het mes, waarbij het snijden en inbrengen van mesdelen een omwenteling maakt. Inclusief hoeksnijstructuur, pneumatische aluminium halfklemming en reinigingsapparaat.
- Controlesysteem:Opties zijn onder meer het intelligente PLC-besturingssysteem van of het gewone besturingssysteem met elektrische onderdelen van en de temperatuurregelaar van Omron. Eenvoudige bedieningsinterface.
