Deze productielijn is speciaal ontworpen voor de productie van UPVC-buizen met grote diameters en variërende wanddiktes voor toepassingen in de landbouw- en bouwloodgieterij, evenals kabelgeleidingssystemen. De maximale capaciteit voor buisdiameter is 1200 mm.

De extruder beschikt over een geavanceerd schroefontwerp dat zorgt voor optimale PVC-plasticisatie, terwijl het PLC-besturingssysteem zorgt voor een gemakkelijke bediening. Het geïntegreerde ontgassingssysteem garandeert een superieure kwaliteit voor de uiteindelijke PVC-buizen.
Vacuümkalibratie- en koelunits maken gebruik van 304# roestvrijstalen tanklichamen met meerdelige vacuümsystemen voor stabiele buismaatvoering en koeling. Gespecialiseerde koelsystemen verbeteren de efficiëntie, en geautomatiseerde watertemperatuurregeling voegt intelligente functionaliteit toe.
Afvoermachines zijn verkrijgbaar met 2, 3, 4 of 6 rupsbanden om verschillende buismaten te accommoderen. Het rupsbandklemsysteem combineert mechanische en pneumatische technologieën voor betrouwbare prestaties.
Snijsystemen maken gebruik van stofvrije snijders of planetaire snijmethoden, aangevuld met stofafzuigsystemen die een schone werkomgeving handhaven.
