PE PP PPR pijp extrusieapparatuur bestaat uit extruder, vacuümkalibrator, afvoermachine, snijder en
aflegrek, de afvoermachine-eenheid heeft verschillende afvoermethoden, zoals rupsbandtype, drieklauwtype, vierklauwtype,
zesklauwtype enzovoort. Er zijn ook meshef snijder en planetaire snijder
2. Toepassing:
PE PP PPR pijp extrusieapparatuur wordt voornamelijk gebruikt voor de productie van waterleidingen en afvoerleidingen,
die worden gebruikt voor landbouw en constructie, kabelbekleding en andere gebieden.
Beschrijving:
Hoofdstructuur van PE Pijp Extrusie Machines:
Gebruik een enkelvoudige schroefextruder met laag verbruik, de L/D-verhouding van de extruder is 33:1, de nitreerlaag is 0,4-0,7 mm. Gebruik
een vacuümkalibratietank van roestvrij staal om de duurzaamheid van de machine te garanderen. De mal kan volgens
de eisen van de klant worden gemaakt.
1. Schroefspecificatie: verschillende soorten schroefspecificaties zijn optioneel voor de klant, gebruik hoogwaardige
schroef, 38CrMoAlA materiaal met nitreerbehandeling.
2. Volledige set mallen kan de productie van pijpen met verschillende diameters garanderen
3. Spuiten en koelen onder hoge vacuümcondities om de pijp effectief te vormen
4. Roestvrijstalen materiaal vat, circulair waterapparaat om de redelijke werktemperatuur te handhaven
5. Automatisch lengte-accountapparaat voor nauwkeurig snijden
6. Verschillende soorten snijmethoden zijn optioneel:
1) Spanloze machine, gebruik geavanceerde Duitse techniek
2) Planetaire snijmachine (voornamelijk geschikt voor grote diameter pijpen)
3) Zaagblad snijden
7. Stapelaar hoofdonderdeel is roestvrij staal en pneumatisch gestuurd
