Main Gebruik:
Deze productielijn wordt gebruikt voor de continue productie van PVC-buizen voor diverse watervoorziening, drainage, elektrische draadbeveiliging, lampcircuitbeveiliging, buizen van airconditioners en wasmachinesne ect. en elektrische leidingen, enz.
Voordelen van PVC-buizen:
1. Uitstekend bestand tegen chemische corrosie, geen roest;
2. Met zelfdovend en vlamvertragend;
3. Uitstekend anti-verouderend, kan 20 tot 50 jaar worden gebruikt tussen temperaturen van -15 tot
60 graden Celsius;
4. Goede elektrische weerstandseigenschappen, volumeweerstand van 1 tot 3 x 105Ω.cm, een doorslagspanning
23 tot 2kv/mm;
5. De taaiheid van PVC-buizen is laag, de lineaire uitzettingscoëfficiënt is hoog, het bedrijfstemperatuurbereik
is smal.

1. Speciaal structuurontwerp van schroef en matrijzen en gemak bij het wisselen van matrijsblokken lost
