Mixer Combination
For the same type of PVC material, the mixing process is essential. During mixing, PVC powder is blended with additives. The heating and cooling mixing cycles are automatically executed. After mixing, the material is stored for a certain period and then conveyed into the extruder. The entire process is fully automated once parameters are set.
Parameter Indicator
Based on our extensive experience in extrusion and operation, the operator can monitor the extrusion process and control the haul-off and cutting machine. Compared with a touch screen HMI (Human Machine Interface), the indicator panel allows most operations while significantly reducing cost.
Laser Printer
Instead of an ink printer, a laser printer is applied, as it is widely recognized for its reliable performance and low maintenance cost.
Double Oven Belling Machine
For the belling machine, we use a dual heating oven design to ensure a rapid belling process. At the belling station, the pipe end is already heated and can be shaped immediately. This guarantees both excellent shaping quality and maximum productivity.
